When you submit the form, the SARX team receives your name, email address, message and, if provided, phone number. These details are sent through Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Graph to the customer service mailbox in Microsoft 365 so the team can handle your inquiry and respond. The website does not retain a separate database copy.
